Extracting any information followed by any use for commercial purposes that goes beyond the scope of private copy regulated by law or for sale or licensing and without prior written consent of the owners of the property rights constitutes a violation of the terms and conditions. You also agree not to affect and interfere in any way with the security features of the site, with elements that prevent or restrict the use, copying of content or elements that strengthen the limits of use of the site or its content. .

HOW TO BUY?

In addition to purchasing products through the online store, we also offer the possibility to place orders via phone or e-mail. You must provide us with the code of the requested products, the quantity of each, color, size and all the data needed for invoicing and shipping the parcel.
The confirmation of registration of the order received by the automatic buyer, does not create contractual obligations and is not a confirmation that the products are in stock.
The order placed online by the buyer, will be considered valid only after its confirmation by the seller.

The Seller validates the order only if:

1. Buyer data is complete and accurate;
2. Products from the Purchase order are available;
3. There are no errors in the system that could generate wrong prices (eg zero price value / euro).

HOW DO I PAY?

Loveleather.ro offers the possibility of paying for the product upon delivery or online in maximum safety through the plationline service. For bank card payments, the transaction will appear on the account statement of the paying customer as loveleather.

The online store www.loveleather.ro uses Plationline.ro services for online transactions. You can pay online with your personal or business card, under full security conditions. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro) logos. The payment is based on a secure online transaction processing system that offers confidentiality, security and simplicity in the purchase of products and services over the Internet. Card processing is done exclusively through the bank, our store does not request and does not store any details regarding your card.
Important to know! - There is no commission for bank card payments.
For bank card payments, the transaction will appear on the account statement of the paying customer as loveleather. For orders paid with the card the amount will be returned on the same card used for trading, within a maximum of 30 days from accepting the return.

RETURN POLICY

We want every product that comes to you to be more than what you expect. Before delivery, each product is checked and packaged to make sure it arrives in the best conditions for you. And if, however, from certain errors of ours, other errors that cannot be controlled by us, or your reasons, you wish to return the ordered product, please note the information in this section.
Careful! In the case of a customized product or made to order, the possibility of returning it is canceled.
You can return the products purchased through a Contract / payment document, in the following situations:

1. The products were delivered / invoiced incorrectly
2. The products were delivered with defects that affect the physical image of the product or its functionality

To return the product you must notify us in writing at Loveleatherteam@gmail.com or on phone +40746390135! The mandatory condition in the case of returning a product is that it is in the same state in which it was delivered (to have the labels attached, the original packaging and the documents that accompanied it).
The shipping cost for returning the products will be borne by you, as a buyer. If I sent you another product than the one you ordered, you can return it at no cost. We will bear all shipping costs and will send you the requested product as soon as we receive the package.
If you have notified, it is your responsibility to ensure that the products you referenced will be returned within a maximum of 15 business days, otherwise we will LoveLeather.ro consider the request as unfounded / invalid and we can refuse the return.

Return is denied:

• For packages returned with payment at destination
• In case the product is not returned in the original packaging, together with the original label and accompanying documents
• If the returned product was worn / used during this period or has defects it did not have when it was initially sent
• For customized or custom made products

In case of reimbursement of the value of the product, the return of the money will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the return. please let us know when the package is ready and when it will be shipped.

PRICE POLICY

The prices are expressed in lei and represent the final price of the product. There is the possibility that several price variants exist on the same product model (same model, but other color, texture, material). Price variations can result from the price difference from the materials used. For customized or custom made products, there may be additional costs compared to a similar product in stock. Product prices do not include customization.
The cost of customization will be calculated and confirmed according to the characteristics of the order and the order.
All costs will be determined and communicated before the order is registered.
In the case of personalized products, the possibility of returning the product is canceled.
