FAST DELIVERY

Delivery time is 24-48 working hours from the moment of order confirmation, for the existing products already in stock!

We inform you that during the holidays or during busy times of the year the couriers may have delays in the delivery of the parcel!

Important!!! If you want an urgent delivery of a product please contact us to confirm if urgent delivery can be made!

For products that are not in stock, the delivery of the order can take up to 3 working days!

The package is delivered to the address specified by you.
The courier companies we work with ensure the delivery of parcels in any location in Romania, in areas that are outside the coverage area of ​​GLS, km are paid which are additional , before the delivery of the order we call to announce the cost of transport!
The cost of transport is 3 Euro.
If the order value exceeds 90 Euro, then the shipment is free. Free delivery can also be applied within the promotions.

LoveLeather.ro offers the possibility to pay for the product upon delivery or online in maximum security through the service PlatiOnline. For bank card payments, the transaction will appear on the account statement of the paying customer as LoveLeather.

Our online store uses PlatiOnline.ro services for online transactions, once the card payment option has been selected, the payment will be made online, either with your personal or your company card, under full security conditions. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro).
The payment is based on a secure online transaction processing system that offers confidentiality, security and simplicity in the purchase of products and services over the Internet. The card data processing is done exclusively through the bank, our store does not request and does not store any details regarding your card.
Important to know! There is no commission for bank card payments.

For orders paid with the card and subsequently canceled, the amount debited will be returned to the customer on the same card used for trading, within a maximum of 30 days from accepting the return.

The amount you pay includes the value of the products and the cost of transport. The carriers used are: GLS

*This delivery term is valid for orders confirmed until 16:00, from Monday to Friday (Saturday delivery is at the express request of the customer) and which have as destination a locality where there is a headquarters of the courier companies.
